Additionally included in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a legend labelling various areas of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
